Steven Fenech and Mandy Ghio, who are the reigning Maltese and German wheelchair dance champions have been invited to demonstrate their skills at the Canadian Snowball Classic Ballroom & Latin American (IDSF) Championships, being held in Vancouver Canada between 8 - 10 February. The couple will be performing both Latin American and Ballroom as well as Showdance. Their coach and choreographer Pippa Roberts has been invited to adjudicate the competitions and said “that it is an honour for Malta and Mandy and Steve to be asked to dance in cabaret at Canada’s largest dance event and I am very proud of them”.

The Malta Wheelchair DanceSport Association will be holding the fourth Malta Open Dance Spectacular later this year. This event, which is a must for all dancers and lovers of dancing, is now the second largest event in the world and integrates both non-disabled and disabled dancers.
