Whether going for a drink or a fine dinner, Hotel Phoenicia promises all its clients a romantic environment in the Phoenix Restaurant and Palm Court Lounge.

For all those wishing to go for just a drink or having a drink before their meal, The Palm Court Lounge will be decorated with candles, creating a cosy ambience while romantic music will be left in the hands of guitarist Tony Pace from 18:30 onwards. A Champagne and cocktail menu created by Pierre Walton will be available.

A six-course dinner at the Phoenix Restaurant will be the highlight at the hotel this Valentine’s. The menu is created by Executive Chef Victor Borg, known for choosing fresh seasonal products which always excite those taste buds. Romantic music will be provided by Marthese Tanti trio who will make sure all couples will enjoy the world of their own.
