Recognising the growing number of active seniors in Malta, the Eden SuperBowl has created a scheme for Senior Citizen Card holders. After noticing a lack of social participation from those over 60 in this sport, the Eden SuperBowl is now offering bowling games for just e2 plus shoe hire. In its attempt to promote a sport that will improve health and social interaction, this scheme is being marketed to all over 60’s on the island in the hope that the sport will indeed attract them into undertaking physical activity.

Overseas it is common to find the older generation participating in leagues, with their friends and families for the fun of it, however in Malta the number of pensioners who participate in any sort of physical activity is comparatively low. The Eden SuperBowl is therefore introducing this very low price, practically at cost, as part of their social responsibility. The sport involves a bit of light physical activity and is ideal for individuals or group participation.

Young at heart seniors may take advantage of this attractive scheme from Mondays to Saturdays at any time of the day and should they wish to have it, the Eden SuperBowl aims to provide instruction and assistance. Booking in advance is recommended.
