The residential projects of Fort Cambridge in Sliema and Balkan Jewel in Bulgaria were recently promoted by Dhalia Real Estate at the Domo Expo International property fair held in Gostiniy Dvor, Moscow. The property fair was held between 21 and 24 February under the auspices of the Russian government.

The Domo Expo Internati-onal property fair saw the participation of 190 exhibitors from 35 countries. The fair was a huge success. In fact, just over 7,000 local and foreign visitors attended the fair.

Sliema Branch Manager Neville Sciberras led Dhalia’s team together with Alex Ellul and Julia Belozerova. They were also accompanied by Chris Gauci from GAP Holdings developers of Fort Cambridge.

Mr Sciberras commented that the response from this marketing drive for the Balkan Jewel and Fort Cambridge was extremely positive. “Our aim was to promote Malta and the Balkan Jewel as destinations where individuals can invest in a holiday home or a permanent residence,” said Mr Sciberras. Clients were also briefed about the procedures involved in purchasing a property in Malta, as well as the advantages of investing in Malta. “Through our presence at this exhibition we have managed to make a number of good contacts which we will be following up over the coming weeks.”

Dhalia also promoted heavily Fort Cambridge – a contemporary-style apartment complex on Sliema’s Tigne peninsula. Fort Cambridge is designed to offer the conveniences of modern life, maximising the use of space without giving up the luxury of roomy comfort. Wide balconies and generous windows overlook open sea vistas.

Spread over 7,500 m2 of land, The Balkan Jewel is made up of 160 residential units, and includes various amenities namely: restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, mini market, gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and massage parlour. The mix of apartments varies between studio, one and two bedroom apartments, most of which enjoy stunning south facing views of the Pirin Mountains and an 18-hole golf course designed by Ian Woosnam (Ryder cup captain 2006).

The Domo Expo was another opportunity for Dhalia Real Estate to reinforce its solid market position both in Malta and overseas as it draws on the competence of its professional sales team and extensive experience in the real estate market.
