An exhibition of paintings, photography and video is being held at The Loggia, National Museum of Fine Arts, Valletta between 7 March and 13 April.

WATCH is a collaborative exhibition between artists Vince Briffa, Ken Hay, Seetha A. and J. Michael Anderson. The exhibition, which deals broadly with issues of surveillance in contemporary society, will travel to various other venues in Europe in the coming months. It will also be accompanied by a catalogue, published by Moorland Productions, which will include texts written by the artists and documentation of the works.

Discussions and preparations for the exhibition started in 2007 when Vince Briffa was conducting a series of lectures and a workshop in digital video art to undergraduate students at the Unit for Contemporary Art Practice at Leeds University in the UK, where Professor Ken Hay and J. Michael Anderson are head and senior lecturer of the Unit respectively.

The exhibition is being held in the Loggia and adjacent rooms of the Museum of Fine Arts in South Street, Valletta and will remain open for viewing until 13 April. It was made possible through the assistance of curators Dennis Vella and Sandro Debono from the Museum of Fine Arts; the St. James Centre of Creativity and the Unit for Contemporary Art Practice of Leeds University in the UK.
