Titan, forming part of Mizzi Organisation, is proud to have successfully achieved 40 years in business. Specialising in mechanical and electrical services including air-conditioning works for the domestic and commercial sectors, the company moved on to encompass ventilation, lifts and escalators, electrical supplies and power tools. Titan are also sole agents for various major suppliers including Hitachi and Otis.
Titan is now further expanding into the renewable energy sector such as solar water heaters, generation of solar energy – photovoltaic systems, solar underfloor heating and electricity generation by using micro-wind turbines. Titan will be installing a 26.4kW photovoltaic system, currently the largest in Malta. This project will be partly financed by Malta Enterprise through funds made available by the EU. This milestone project will generate approx. 4,000 kilowatt-hours annually, reducing carbon emissions by 35 tons every year. This shows Titan’s commitment to ensure a cleaner and healthier future for our next generation.
Titan will be celebrating its anniversary in the form of a reception at the residence of the company Managing Director, Chev. Maurice F. Mizzi, in Bidnija on Friday evening.
In this event, participating American singer Deborah Harrison will be singing jazz melodies. The artist started her solo career in classical music and performed in Chicago, New York, Aspen and St Louis. She actively performed in Berlin with her jazz ensemble.
