Dhalia’s Luxury Living received an excellent response following its participation in two international property fairs, Buying Properties Abroad, held in Stockholm and Gothenburg in September and October. The Stockholm property fair was held at the prestigious Globen Arena while the Gothenburg fair was held at The Swedish Exhibition Centre.

The Stockholm fair saw over 4,500 visitors and a total of 97 exhibitors from 27 countries, while the Gothenburg fair had 2,500 visitors and 56 exhibitors from 27 countries. During both fairs the organisers also hosted seminars which were extremely well attended by prospective buyers. Both seminars sought to explain tax rules and regulations when buying property abroad as well as information on retirement abroad.

At both the Stockholm and Gothenburg fairs, Dhalia was represented by Michael Mifsud, Manager of Dhalia’s Luxury Living and by Inger Soderlund from Malta Maklarna, Dhalia’s business partner in Sweden.
