Customer Service week celebrated at Le Meridien

Le Meridien St Julian’s Hotel & Spa celebrated its sixth annual Customer Service Week with some visible high points and unforgettable moments for its associates.

The week was designed to recognize frontline representatives of the hotel for the important work they do all year, and to drive customer service awareness and improved service levels throughout the entire organization.

This focus afforded the hotel team the welcome opportunity to emphasize the great value they assign to service culture in general, thank all the hotel departments for their commitment to excellence and to recognize and celebrate dynamic examples of customer service in their featured colleagues.

Le Meridien’s Hotel Manager. Angela Saliba stated, “Notably, it is the combination of the good efforts of each and every one of our associates that keeps Le Meridien brand alive. It is their daily dedication to bring superior service and a memorable experience to our guests that garners customer satisfaction and continued loyalty to Starwood hotels.”

Mrs Saliba further reported that “It was an exceptional honour and a delight to invite 14 of our high-performing associates, representatives from each department, to join me and the rest of our colleagues in a very special ‘thank you’ breakfast hosted at the Scirocco restaurant.”

The celebration of the hotel’s united efforts to deliver to their guests a product worthy of its stated aims for creating an atmosphere of ‘chic, culture and discovery’ continued all week. All associates were treated with special breakfasts in the Canteen, the buzzing hub for the Starwood Family hotel team.

As Ms. Saliba further emphasised, “Effective service is a matter of sensitivity, sincerity, attitude and human relations skills.” There certainly seems to be a bounty of these qualities at the hotel.
