Vodafone Malta Limited is giving all its customers an added value when topping up their mobile credit account via its MyVodafone online service and the mobile SMS services available at BOV and HSBC.

When topping up with €20, customers receive 25 free SMS to any Vodafone number plus a credit time window of 360 days, whilst customers topping up with €50 get 100 free SMS to any Vodafone number. These SMS are to be consumed within a month from top up.

New customers to Vodafone’s easy top up services will also get 200 free SMS to Vodafone numbers on the first successful top up.

“Topping up is very easy either way. If customers would like to use the online service, all they have to do is visit www.vodafone.com.mt, click on My Vodafone and click on ‘easy top up’ to activate this service. New My Vodafone registrations can also be done by creating a username and password”, said Daniel Grech, consumer marketing manager at Vodafone Malta.

“On the other hand, topping up through SMS is also very easy and convenient. Once customers register with their bank for mobile SMS top up, one simply has to send an SMS with the received 4 digit PIN to 5061-6520 or 5061-6620 for BOV and HSBC customers respectively for a e20 top up and they get 25 free SMS to any Vodafone number plus a time window of 360 days. For a e50 top up, BOV customers have to send an SMS with the 4 digit PIN to 5061-6550 and to 5061-6650 for HSBC customers and they will get 100 free SMS to any Vodafone number,” continued Mr Grech.

Topping up whilst abroad can also be done in the same way. With the SMS top up service, the SMS is free of charge.
