HSBC Malta is assisting the business communities to dress up Republic and Merchants streets in Valletta for a Christmas spirit during the festive season.

Apart from the Christmas lighting and decorations all along Republic Street and Freedom Square, the Republic Street Business Community Association is organising a car exhibition until 6 January, with a competition that could win a Kia Picanto as first prize.

Merchants Street, the other popular shopping area in the city, is also being decorated by the Merchants Street Business Community Association.

“Valletta attracts the crowds when it comes to Christmas shopping and HSBC gladly assists in giving that extra touch to make visitors’ shopping experience that little bit more special,” said Alex Mizzi, Central Area Director for HSBC Malta.
