Coldwell Banker Malta has just grown bigger with an additional office in St Julians, thus taking the number of Coldwell Banker offices in Malta to five. Formerly SQL Real Estate Services, Coldwell Banker St Julians offers both property letting and property sales advisory services.

The new office, formerly SQL Real Estate Services, has been rebranded as Coldwell Banker St Julian’s, offering both property letting and property sales advisory services. Established in September 2001, by Joseph Sullivan, the present shareholder and managing director, SQL – Selective Quality Letting – is one of the leading property letting agencies in Malta. Mr Sullivan, who is active in the day-to-day running of the office, comes from one of the largest family-run shipping agencies in Malta.

Coldwell Banker St Julian’s is situated in one of Malta’s prime locations on St Julian’s promenade – George Borg Olivier Street. “Serving the needs of home buyers and sellers is more challenging and competitive in today’s Malta than ever before,” Mr Sullivan said.
