Sous Chef Amon Baldacchino has been nominated Le Meridien St Julian’s Hotel & Spa Star of the Year for 2008.
Amon has been a dedicated asset in the hotel’s overall culinary goals for the year. He joined Le Meridien St Julian’s three years ago and also managed an eight-month internship at the Grand Jersey Hotel under the guidance of three star Michelin chef Albert Roux during this period.
