GlobalCapital has recently appointed Joanna Varrazzo as group head of customer service.

In her role as group head of customer service, Ms Varrazzo is responsible for managing GlobalCapital’s customer service department, the call centre and the telemarketing department.

GlobalCapital is a diversified financial services group presently operating in three main areas of business being Investments, Insurance and Property.

For the past 21 years, GlobalCapital has provided a one-stop service point for individual and corporate financial services requirements, with a special focus on financial management, fund advisory, life insurance, private medical insurance, insurance broking and property.
