As part of the AX Holdings’ continuous training programme, the executive management of The Palace, The Victoria and Suncrest Hotels recently attended a three day training programme aimed at achieving excellence in customer service.
The training focused on a number of areas including accelerated techniques and state of the art technologies which can be deployed to enhance effective leadership and communication abilities.
The training also covered specific skills aimed at empowering these leaders, and their respective teams in the various functions of hospitality. Using such skills and other creative solutions will help to enhance customer satisfaction and hospitality in the respective hotels.
Speaking about this training programme AX Holdings’ head of administration and HR , Nicholas Saliba said that “training is an ongoing process at AX Holdings. As a group which is heavily involved in the hospitality industry, customer skills training is an integral and core subject which is given significant importance. As a group, which employs over 500 employees, we give considerable importance to training across all levels of personnel from top executives down to the lowest grades.”
The executive management training was conducted by Esmeralda Micallef Zarafa, head of New Training Dynamics, which forms part of STC Training Centre.
