All Melita viewers are in for a treat with the free premiere of Knight Rider, the new series that brings the iconic 1980s series back to our screens. The pilot will premiere with a two-hour show tomorrow at 9:15pm on the Weather & Information Channel, which is accessible free to all Melita subscribers, concurrently with its launch on Melita More.

Knight Rider is based on the 1980s hit TV series starring David Hasselhoff. The series is also well known by the name of “Super Car” as it was originally dubbed on Italian channels.

The two-hour premiere event stars Justin Bruening, Deanna Russo, Sydney Tamiia Poitier and Bruce Davison. In addition, David Hasselhoff – who starred in the popular lead role as Michael Knight for four seasons during the original series’ run, which also airs daily on Melita More – returns as the same character during a special guest-star appearance.
