The AX Group recently organised a team-building event for its management team. The activity was attended by management representatives from the Suncrest, The Palace and The Victoria hotels as well as from the AX Head Office.

The half-day event was designed to challenge and inspire the entire team, focusing mainly on team-building and communication exercises in an environment where ideas and creativity could be expressed.

The team met first thing in the morning at the Valletta Waterfront where they were briefed by Duncan Zammit, Director of Uphotomalta, who also presented them with a pack containing information and guidelines for the task assigned to them.

On accomplishing their task in various parts of the island, the group met up again at the Waterfront and enjoyed an excellent lunch at Tal-Kaptan.
