The Fiat Fiorino Qubo has finally arrived to the Maltese Islands. It is practical and unique and serves to be the ideal companion for leisure and for travelling with friends, being both environmentally friendly and fuel efficient.
According to Francesca Mamo, Managing Director at UCIM Group, this unique vehicle is being offered at an affordable price with the same versatility as an MPV but with more compact external dimensions – it is 3.959 metres long, 1.735 metres high and 1.716 metres wide – and its turning circle is less than 10 metres. It also guarantees considerable savings as a result of its good fuel economy and low running costs.
The Fiorino Qubo is available in two engines; a 73-bhp 1.4-litre petrol-engine and a 1.3-litre multijet Diesel engine producing 75 bhp along with a five-speed stick or six-speed “robotised” automatic.
Standard for the Maltese market include the driver and front passenger airbags, isofix, auto door close, rear headrests, side airbags, ABS+EBD, power steering, air conditioning, electric windows, remote central locking, two side sliding doors, rear parcel shelf, factory installed CD/radio, colour coded mirrors, colour coded bumpers, split rear seat, full size spare wheel, hatchback door and electric mirrors.
This car is environmentally friendly as it boasts CO2 levels of less than 120 g/km, and if equipped with a particular filter, the emission levels can be as low as 0.005 g/km.
