Bicanter, importers and distributors of wines have added the prestigious Piedmont winery Damilano to their growing portfolio of wineries they represent in Malta. Damilano is one of the historic wineries of Barolo in the heart of the Langhe region, making a range of wines including the highly regarded Barolo Cannubi.

Damilano’s top of the range wine Barolo Cannubi is a Docg wine which is produced from the Nebbiolo grapes in the zone of Cannubi. The age of the vines is between 30 to 50 years making it an exceptional wine with great personality and an ageing potential that makes it so special. The winery only produces 7,000 bottles.

Together with the Barolo Cannubi, Bicanter will also distribute the Barolo Cinquevigne, both of which are in the 2004 exceptional vintage, the Barbera d’Alba, the Langhe Arneis and the Barolo Chinato.
