Exhibitions featuring works by different Maltese artists is a series of retrospective exhibitions organised on a bi-annual basis by Bank of Valletta. An exhibition catalogue, written by the noted art critic Louis Lagana, is published as part of the exhibition. The exhibition featuring works by Charles Cassar, one of Malta’s leading senior artists. During the late 1960s he created awareness in graphic design and was a pioneer of computer generated art during the 1980s. He has six one-man exhibitions to his credit and participates regularly in collective shows locally and abroad. In 2003 he represented Malta in the European Artist Exhibition held at the Italian Embassy in Washington DC.
