Following the success of the Monster of Rock Festival held in Malta last July, as part of the Summer Bash 2008 concert series, the Malta Rock Festival 2009™ will be this year’s great event taking place on 7 and 8 August in Malta.

This will be a unique festival, with various bands taking part in a historical music show. Local renowned bands, European and international acts will be gracing the stage in this first ever event. Additionally the concert will also have a philanthropic aim where funds will be collected for two independent charities namely the Tiny Infants Support Group (TIPS) and MMDNA.

The Malta Rock Festival 2009™, as with all events organised by Lidea Events, will be of the highest standards in its production, having professional sound and lighting technologies. The event is to take place at the Ta’ Qali National Park, and will be televised at a later date.
