Following successful exhibitions in London, Ireland and Holland, Perry Ltd is now participating in the Buying Properties Abroad exhibition to be held at the MalmöMässan in Malmö, Sweden on 17 and 18 October.

The exhibition has a proven track record in bringing together buyers from around Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway, and provides an ideal venue to showcase a vast selection of beautiful homes in Malta and Gozo and also promoting what the Maltese Islands have to offer.

Managing director Francis Spiteri Paris will be accompanied by Timmy Scerri from the sales office as well as Robert Spiteri Paris from the letting department.

Perry Ltd has gone a step further to ensure that visitors interested in Malta are given a thorough insight into Maltese law and tax implications. For this purpose, Perry’s personnel will be accompanied by David Ferry from PriceWaterhouseCoopers, who will be on hand to offer professional advice and guidance.
