The 11th “European Society of Plastic Reconstructive and Anaesthetic Surgery” (Espras) congress was held last month in Rhodes. The congress was attended by over 1,500 plastic surgeons from all over the world. Malta was represented by Mr J. Briffa, consultant plastic and reconstructive surgeon, who also co-chaired one of the round table discussions.
Sandra Calafato and Danielle Calafato, Environ's local representatives, joined their international colleagues on the Environ stand to furnish doctors and plastic surgeons with the latest information about the Environ percutaneous collagen induction (PCI) method with 0.2mm to 0.3mm high precision needles in combination with topical vitamin therapy for scar and wrinkles reduction and a healthier skin. Another revolutionary anti-ageing device the FOCUS CIT was launched by Environ at the congress. This new device allows one to create thousands of pain free micro channels, which enables enhanced penetration of the skin for the new treatment serums Dr Fernandes has developed, namely the Focus Hydrating Serum and the Focus Frown Gel. Environs' prize winning vitamin therapy products are controlled by the Swiss Vitamin Institute in Lausanne Switzerland.
