A week full of fun and activities for all associates was organized at The Westin Dragonara Resort during October. Starwood Hotels and Resorts worldwide with all its different brands (Sheraton, Elements, Four Points by Sheraton, Luxury Collections, Saint Regis, Westin, Aloft, Le Meridien & W Hotels) celebrated the period of “Customer Service Week” coherently. The slogan chosen for this year was “Recognition with a personal touch”. The aim of this week was to show appreciation to associates for the excellent service that they deliver to each and every guest throughout the year and recognize their efforts and enhance the commitment.
Mr Joe Galea, Heart of Hours concierge together with the human resources department planned a week of activities which including Sudoku Championship, tennis tournament, basketball, football and tennis games, fishing and also cooking competitions.
The associate’s canteen also offered a varied menu on each day of the week ranging from Maltese to Oriental and from pizza to pasta delicious dishes. Customer service week has become a yearly event at The Westin Dragonara Resort which all associates look forward to!
