Web development company ICON regularly attends events and seminars that ensure it stays in the know about interesting developments that will potentially help its clients to source available funds and grants. ICON recently attended one such seminar which provided further information about the second Call for the EU Grant Scheme for Sustainable Tourism Projects.

Currently open and available until 30 November, the grant is intended for small, medium and large enterprises, associations and networks linked to tourism. These include three-, four- and five-star hotels, diving schools, English language schools, tour operators, tourism attractions, catering establishments and more.

“These grants make it possible for more companies to enhance their presence on the web,” explained ICON Managing Director Ian Castillo. “By doing so, they open themselves up to several new and exciting opportunities and can target potential customers all over the world.”
