GlobalCapital plc recently held a highly successful recruitment day at the Corinthia San Gorg, St Julian’s.

The event was attended by over 100 potential candidates seeking to join the GlobalCapital sales team. GlobalCapital Director James Blake delivered an introductory talk whilst Sales Career Training and Development Manager Mark Pritchard and Branch Manager Joe Camilleri delivered the Company’s induction programme for prospective candidates and underlined the importance that GlobalCapital attributes to career progression through staff training and mentoring.

Following the introductory talks, one-to-one interviews were carried out where each candidate had the opportunity to be interviewed by one of GlobalCapital’s managers. Candidates were primarily assessed on their communication skills, personality and willingness to embark on a sales career.

Throughout the day, refreshments were served and a competition was organised which encouraged interaction amongst those present while also giving the opportunity to GlobalCapital staff to further get to know the candidates.
