Forgotten your Melita password and not sure what to do? You can retrieve it online through a simple and secure procedure without no stress or hassle.

Those who forget their My Melita password simply need to log onto http://my.melita.com/ and click on the ‘Forgot password?’ link. Subscribers will then be asked to enter the e-mail address that was used to register with My Melita and to select the secret question asked during registration. Once the correct answer to the secret question is submitted, a link is sent to the customer’s e-mail address, and on clicking this link, the customer is asked to enter a new password.

The My Melita web portal offers all Melita customers an easy way of managing their Melita services without leaving their home or office, with a stress-free method of keeping track of services and bills, making paperwork a thing of the past.

My Melita includes a very secure system that provides customers with a single user name and password to allow full management of all services in their Melita account. The portal also provides up-to-date itemised billing, helping customers to stay in control of their usage on all Melita services, be it internet, television, telephony or mobile and also have a better understanding of their Melita bill.

Through My Melita, customers can check their account balances, pay bills, buy mobile credit, view pending and past invoices, view up-to-date internet, mobile and fixed telephony usage, and even send eight free SMS per day to all Melita Mobile numbers.

“The introduction of the My Melita portal gave customers the option to sort out their bills and accounts online, without the need of dealing with queues or paperwork. In a year we have attracted over 25,000 registered members and the numbers keep growing on a daily basis.
