Malta Independent Sunday, 18 July 2010, 00:00 Last update: about 14 years ago

HSBC has introduced an evening service at its Marsascala branch offering free financial planning advice. The service is available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 4 to 7 pm.

“Irrespective of their financial situation, customers are increasingly conscious that it is wise and prudent to plan ahead, not only to achieve their financial goals but also to protect themselves and their loved ones from unexpected or unforeseen events,” said Ray Briffa, HSBC’s Head of Branch Banking and Deputy Head of Personal Financial Services.

“HSBC is also aware that for a customer to make the right, informed decision on planning finances, the full range of products and services needs to be available so that the most suitable solution is identified. We are therefore extending this free, professional and non-obligatory service in the evening thus improving accessibility and convenience for our customers.”

As related surveys show, families’ security, happiness and comfort are priorities for individuals. Careful financial planning is therefore crucial to protect lifestyle and secure a good financial future.

“Our trained financial advisers review the customer’s earnings and expenses to work out a solution tailored according to their and their families’ needs. Growing and protecting money for the future is for everyone. It is just a matter of taking the time to understand what works best to meet your goals, now and in the future,” Mr Briffa concluded.

To make an appointment for a personal financial planning review customers are kindly asked to call 2380 2380, visit any branch or HSBC website www.hsbc.com.mt.
