SmartCity Malta has launched the “Plug & Play” office concept for business partners at SCM01. These “Plug & Play” units offer the ideal launch pad for companies that want to explore the European and North African market from Malta, without the need for heavy initial investments. Business partners will have access to fully fitted-out office premises ready to move into with pre-installed service connections, equipments and amenities to promptly initiate their operations with minimum effort and investment.

These Plug & Play offices are reasonably sized for a two to four person operation. The open plan design allows flexibility to companies in terms of corporate branding, space utilisation and ICT distribution within their offices. These office units will include the latest state-of-the-art IT infrastructure and networking facilities while providing a comfortable, enjoyable and professional business environment.

A dedicated conference facility, consisting of two meeting rooms and a networking area, is conveniently in the same complex as the Plug & Play units. The facility can be used for meetings, conferences, trainings, functions and various other activities. The conference rooms will feature built-in projection systems and screens with electronic control panels.

Hassle, typically associated with moving into a new office, is non-existent as SmartCity Malta’s Plug & Play offices simply allows business partners to focus on core operations from day one. SmartCity Malta’s first building, SCM01, will be launched this year on 10 October.
