TUI-Service-Team Malta is the winner in the small destination category of the 12th TUI Service Award for the winter season 2009/2010. Out of a total of 33 destinations taking part, the TUI-Service-Team Malta achieved the highest points for guest satisfaction.

Over the past 10 years, TUI Germany has introduced a customer feedback report where TUI clients rate the level of service given by the representatives in the destination. Every season these guest-questionnaires are evaluated and the best-rated team receives the TUI Service Award. The rating is done in three categories depending on the number of arrivals, as in large/medium and small destinations.
