Centrecom Ltd, one of Malta’s leading contact centres recently showcased its range of services at the 2010 Call Centre and Customer Management Expo held at the NEC in Birmingham. The annual event is one of Europe’s top exhibitions for customer contact and management solutions.

This year the Expo brought together over 200 leading suppliers who showcased their latest customer solutions to the thousands of visitors who attended the event.
