Alter Domus yesterday announced the opening of two new offices in Europe: one in Belgium and the other in Malta.

In a statement Dominique Robyns, CEO of Alter Domus, said he is excited about the opening of the two new offices. “As a preferred provider of outsourced administration services for multinational corporations and alternative investment funds, our focus at Alter Domus is always on delivering solutions that meet the needs of our clients, wherever they may be. Opening an office in Belgium was something our clients requested, and having an office in Brussels now completes our Benelux representation.” With regard to the new office in Malta, Mr Robyns added, “Being part of the EU, with a growing treaty network and its importance as a fund domicile of choice, we believe that Malta is a logical expansion of our office network.”

The new Alter Domus office in Malta will offer corporate and management support to holding and financing companies of multinationals, investment firms, and other privately held companies. Shortly, this office will also offer fund administration services. The office will be led by Chris Casapinta. He is a qualified accountant. Before joining Alter Domus, Chris spent 10 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers. During his career he worked on various audit assignments as well as high profile capital market transactions mainly in the financial services industry. Most of Chris’s career was spent within the Luxembourg office, however he worked in a number of other offices including Boston (US), Milan (Italy), London (UK) and Malta.
