The 2010 Nestlé Fitness Outstanding Woman enters the final stage with 3 lucky finalists shortlisted by a panel of judges to compete for the coveted dream holiday.
The finalists - Melanie Xerri de Caro, Antoinette Doneo and Bernardette Degaetano - will participate in a number of informative master classes over the coming weeks, ranging from nutrition, cooking, beauty therapy, fitness, hair styling, make-up techniques, psychological well-being to fashion and styling.
The overall winner will be announced in December 2010 after the judges would have observed each finalist closely throughout the next 2 months.
“We received a great response over the past few weeks! We had a great choice of eligible applicants to choose from ranging from young women in their 20s to women in their 70s, hailing from all walks of life, which made it extremely challenging for the judges to shortlist the 3 finalists!” said Melania Pellicano, Nestlé Product Manager for Breakfast Cereals.
The three shortlisted women were chosen for their great backgrounds and commitment to juggle family life, professional careers as well as a healthy lifestyle.
Nestlé Fitness, one of the world’s most well-loved whole grain cereals, is available in seven flavours – Original, Chocolate, Fruits, Yoghurt, Honey and Almond, Muesli Nuts and Muesli Chocolate. Nestlé Fitness cereals are an excellent source of whole grain, which is essential to help reduce and manage your weight while achieving a healthier lifestyle. Dietary fibre from whole grains, as part of an overall healthy diet, helps reduce blood cholesterol levels and may lower risk of heart disease. Nutritionists experts recommend eating at least three servings of whole grain a day.
