SoftwareProdigy, a Maltese independent game developer, has presented an update to Buttonia puzzle game, bringing it also on the iPad’s big screen upon request from its existing players.
Why on the iPad? The bigger screen makes a big difference. The crisper graphics and bigger buttons makes it easier and faster to solve the challenging puzzles.
“We have improved the tutorial and also provided a link to a youtube video within the game after finishing the tutorial. We have also provided a button in the main menu to directly send us an email. We are looking forward to get the player’s suggestions and comments,” it said.
Buttonia was originally developed back in 1996 by Sven Neumann. Neville Attard, founder of SoftwareProdigy, immediately fell in love with the idea of the game when Sven showed it to him in 2004. “Together with Sven, we decided to make a more polished online version it was played from all over the world. Last year we decided to port it for the iPhone and iPod Touch and now also for the iPad. We were the first Maltese developer to publish a game on the App Store. We are also working on another game,” the Maltese company said
