It was November 2000 when the Bay Street Complex, towering over the heart of Malta’s leading touristic area, first opened its doors to the public offering a multitude of shopping, dining and entertainment experiences to locals and tourists alike. Ten years down the line, the Complex has become Malta’s leading entertainment centre, synonymous with music, dancing, arts, exhibitions, shopping, dining and entertainment for all the family. Today Bay Street will be celebrating its 10th anniversary with a day-long birthday celebration, to which everyone is invited. In true Bay Street style, the b-Day celebrations will be full to the brim with events, guaranteed to please everybody’s tastes. Throughout the day efforts will be done to collect funds for the Malta Community Chest Fund.

The day will kick off at 10.15am with Sunday Mass celebrated by Fr Colin Apap and with the participation of Tenor Gorg Saliba. The morning will also see the start of fun rides for bikers, cyclists and cars, and a fun run organised by the Pembroke local council.
