The Farsons Group has announced the appointment of John Bonello Ghio as general manager of Food Chain (Holdings) Limited. With effect from 3 January, Mr Bonello Ghio will assume responsibility for the overall operations of the company. Food Chain (Holdings) Limited operates the international franchises Burger King, Pizza Hut and Kentucky Fried Chicken as well as Wine and Beer Bar Nove in St Julian’s. Mr Bonello Ghio, a Certified Public Accountant, is a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants. He will bring with him a wealth of experience which, together with his accountancy background and his past role as a Sales and Brand Manager with a local import company, will be of benefit to the successful fast food arm of the Farsons Group.
