The latest from FIAT’s commercial vehicles, the Doblo Cargo and the Doblo Panorama are now at UCIM Co Ltd’s showroom in Psaila Street, B’Kara.

“These two exceptional vehicles stand to play a prominent role since they are expected to re-confirm FIAT as the leading import brand for commercial vehicles,” explains Francesca Mamo, Managing Director of UCIM Co Ltd. “The Fiat Professional range in fact has always run parallel to the customers’ needs and all model upgrades have always conformed to the clients’ expectations.”

The Fiat Doblo Cargo, with an innovative design and generous dimensions, is the first vehicle in the small van segment which has been awarded the International Van of the Year award 2011. The Doblo Cargo comes in two varying lengths, a short wheel base of 2755mm and a long wheel base of 3105mm at a minimal difference in price. Adaptable to all working missions, the Doblo Cargo is equipped with a very economical 1.3 multijet (developing 90bhp), environmentally friendly engine and is so versatile that it is ideal for all types of business.

On the other hand, the Fiat Doblo Panorama, able to offer seating to up to seven people and with a generous luggage compartment with a volume of 790cbm (3200cbm with rear seats folded down), is truly a contemporary vehicle that knows how to agree with and satisfy the most demanding owner. It has been designed exclusively by Fiat’s Centro Stile and can be shared by family and friends. It is a vehicle that boasts a practical, robust and functional design that gives you more safety, more economy and more respect for the environment. Being a Euro V model makes this vehicle a very economical option with fuel consumption of only 5.2 l/100km (1.6 multijet 105bhp) and 7.2 l/100km (1.4 95bhp). The Doblo Panorama comes equipped with the latest technology such as the ESP for dynamic control & stability, as well as the Start & Stop system.

The above details confirm the exceptionality of these vehicles which have contributed to Fiat Professional’s growth to 13.7% which is a 0.4 period increase compared to the same period in 2009. The result achieved in the small van sector is an impressive 2.6 point increase in market share at European level.
