With a fresh start to 2011, Frank Salt Real Estate sees two new faces in managerial positions, those of Marcelle Bartoli and Lisa Inglis. Although no strangers to the company, both Marcelle and Lisa have embarked on a new challenge this year in their respective new roles as Overseas Division Manager and Property Management and Maintenance Division Manager, joining Frank Salt Real Estate’s existing team of dedicated managers and professionals.
Marcelle Bartoli, who is married to Edmund and has three children, has been working with Frank Salt Real Estate practically since its foundation. She joined the company four decades ago, first as a typist and shortly afterwards as secretary to Mr Frank Salt. When the San Gwann branch was set up in 1999, she gladly took the post of managing branch secretary and in 2005 she progressed a step further and took on the post of personal assistant to company director Douglas Salt. When the post of Overseas Division Manager became available, Marcelle was the obvious choice, given her broad experience in all facets of real estate, as well as customer care. “I have always cherished Frank Salt Real Estate as an employer. This explains why I have been working here for so long. The company provides an excellent working environment both for its administrative team and its consultants. This new post offers me new challenges and I look forward to delivering all that is expected from this dynamic and central role within the organisation.”
Lisa Inglis, originally from the UK, holds a degree in Fine Arts. She moved to Malta 12 years ago, during which period she gained experience in the language schools industry, as well as furnishings and real estate markets. In 2009 she joined Frank Salt Real Estate, and after a short absence took on her new managing role in the Property Management and Maintenance division. “I see great potential for this division” says Lisa. “This is very much an extension of our ongoing client servicing, where with the minimum of fuss and expense, clients who need someone to manage their property in their absence can come to us and leave everything to us. This service is particularly useful for our foreign clients, who have bought a holiday home or an investment property and need someone to take care of it on their behalf.”
Marcelle and Lisa take their roles from Melanie Micallef and Brian Decesare respectively, two other employees who have been employed with the company for decades. The directors, management and team at Frank Salt Real Estate, wish both Marcelle and Lisa the best of luck for their new posts within the company and look forward to working together to achieve yet more success for the company in the years to come.
