Centrecom, which operates in the field of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) has been awarded certification for its commitment towards gender equality, just a few months after having been awarded the FHRD Learning and Development Award.

The award was given by the National Commission for the Promotion of Equality, with the support of the European Social Fund, to companies which actively demonstrate a commitment towards gender equality. Centrecom is a multilingual contact centre, part of the World Aviation Group, employing 150 people from 10 countries speaking seven languages.
