A €100 million destination for shopping, food and leisure arrives at the foot of Monte Soratte, just north of Rome

Just north of Rome, at the foot of Monte Soratte, a new destination is ready to welcome its first guests. On Friday 6 November, Roma Outlet Village opens in Sant'Oreste, the result of a €100 million investment by Arcus Real Estate, part of Stilo Immobiliare Finanziaria and the Percassi group. It has been designed as much more than a place to shop. Walkways wind through open squares, green spaces and water features, inviting visitors to slow down, meet friends and make a day of it.

The celebrations begin with the official opening at midday on Friday, though the gates open from 10am to 8pm so the first visitors can explore straight away. The Grand Opening weekend follows on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November, from 10am to 9pm, with entertainment for all ages and an extra 50% off outlet prices on selected items at participating stores.

Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Victoria's Secret, Nike and Guess lead the opening line-up, with international food brands and local favourites on hand for a break between stores. More names will follow in the coming months as the Village grows towards 90 shops in its first phase. The timing could hardly be better. The opening also marks the start of the Christmas season, with light installations, festive decorations and family events running until 6 January 2027.

The Village sits on the A1 motorway near the Ponzano Romano exit, around 30 minutes from Rome North, within easy reach of the capital and of travellers heading up and down Italy. For those who want to stay a little longer, the hilltop village of Sant'Oreste, the trails of Monte Soratte and the Soratte Bunker, a historic underground complex hidden inside the mountain, are all close by.
Roma Outlet Village joins a family of destinations developed by Arcus Real Estate, including Sicilia Outlet Village, opened in 2010, and Torino Outlet Village, opened in 2017. Each brings together a carefully chosen mix of luxury and premium brands with dining and hospitality, creating a shopping experience worth the journey. Now, Rome has one of its own.
