Over one hundred participants from all segments of society participated in Malta’s first national Real Estate Career Day, organised by Frank Salt Real Estate. The event was very well received by those present, and a good number are expected to embark on their new career with Malta’s leading estate agency in the coming weeks. The scope of the Careers Day, which also included a number of seminars, was twofold - to identify and recruit new property consultants to join its ever-growing, dynamic team of sales and letting property consultants, and to offer the public an insight of what it takes to be a good property consultant and how to build your own career in real estate.
The seminars saw the participation of the company chairman Mr Frank Salt, his sons and fellow directors Grahame and Douglas Salt as well as other members of the Frank Salt Real Estate team who recounted their own personal experiences of how they made it to the top. Michael De Maria, Sales and Marketing Manager for Penderville Ltd, also contributed to the event, offering a developer’s perspective to the industry.
The local property market has excellent prospects ahead of it and combined with the growth dynamics of Frank Salt Real Estate, the company is in a position to offer great opportunities for its consultants, particularly those who are ready to work hard and who want to earn above-average income. Proof of this is the increase of 40% in revenue that the company registered in 2010, as well as the current expansion works going at two Frank Salt branches – in St Julian’s and Marsascala. The company is also in the process of opening other branches, with the first expected to open in Spinola Bay in the third quarter of 2011.
