Julien Macdonald, the internationally acclaimed British fashion designer and Britain’s Next Top Model judge, travelled on Air Malta for a short visit to the islands.

While in Malta, Mr Macdonald held a fashion show showcasing his Star line and launching his Diamond collection at the Debenhams store at The Point in Sliema.

Julien Macdonald was also this year’s guest of honour at the Malta Fashion Awards, where he presented the ‘Outstanding Contribution Award’ to Tiffany Pisani, winner of this year’s Britain’s Next Top Model.

Apart from making a name for himself, Julian Macdonald has been the designer for renowned fashion houses. In 2006, he was awarded the Order of the British Empire (OBE) for his service to the fashion industry.
