A group of architecture students from the Faculty of Built Environment of the University of Malta headed by Dr Vince Buhagiar − Senior Lecturer, Researcher Environmental Design Unit – paid an on-site visit to SmartCity Malta.

The visit was organised to coincide with the “Energy Efficiency in the Mediterranean” conference, better termed as the ‘Passive House Malta Conference’, that was held recently in Malta.

Ahmed Mansoor, Management Associate − Project Development at SmartCity, gave the students a lively presentation on the sustainable plan rigorously adhered to at SmartCity Malta.

Mr Mansoor also led the group on an extensive and informative tour of the building and site.
