International Game Technology – a global leader in the design, development and manufacture of gaming machines and systems products, as well as online and mobile gaming solutions for regulated gaming markets – has received approval from the Maltese anti-trust authorities for the cash offer to the shareholders in Entraction Holding AB to acquire all A shares and B shares in Entraction, through its wholly-owned Swedish subsidiary Eagle Ice AB.
IGT has in addition received approval to be the new owner to required licences in order to conduct gaming operations from Malta.
The decision from the Maltese anti-trust authorities means IGT now has all necessary regulatory approvals needed to complete the offer.
Eagle Ice is a Swedish limited liability company, wholly-owned by IGT.
