Malta Independent Wednesday, 15 June 2011, 00:00 Last update: about 13 years ago

The Waldorf Auto Service Centre has serviced over 10,000 vehicles throughout 2010, an increase of 3.2% over the previous year. This was announced by Francesca Mamo, Managing Director of Pater Holdings during the announcement of a newly completed website for the Waldorf Service Centre.

The new website, which may be accessed through www.waldorf.com.mt is now a highly interactive one where customers can request a quote for any form of service, book their vehicle for a service or for repairs, book a waxoyl car care treatment and access information about periodic promotional offers.

Managed by Pater Holdings, the Waldorf Auto Service Centre has been operating for over 50 years and services all Alfa Romeo, Hyundai and Fiat cars besides other brands represented by the Group such as Iveco and Lancia. Centrally located in Valled Road, the service center currently employs a total of 40 professionally trained and certified employees ranging from supervisory, electricians, technicians, mechanics, panel beaters, sprayers and management personnel, capable of offering uncompromising service and precision craftsmanship to each client.

“Contrary to what many might expect, we do not only carry out body repairs of those brands that we represent and import locally but also to all those who would like to avail themselves of our professional service,” explains Francesca Mamo. “The Waldorf Auto Service Center is not just any service center but a facility that offers a holistic service with an extensive range of services that range from computer analysis, framework and body repair, unparalleled colour match painting services and paintless dent repair. In fact, we are also experiencing very positive results for our body shop. In fact, between January and May of this year, 834 cars made use of our body shop services, which translates into an increase of 50.8% when compared to the 553 vehicles serviced during the same period last year,” said Ms Mamo.

“When customers use our Waldorf Service Centre, they will be ensuring that only appropriately trained technicians will be working on their vehicle, thus ensuring the optimal safety of their car. We will provide a professional recommendation if we identify any parts that require replacing, about whether they should be replaced immediately, or at which point in the future they should be re-checked and we only use genuine parts, which all carry a one year warranty. These are amongst the benefits that our customers enjoy when choosing us as their long-term partners,” concluded Ms Mamo.
