Capital Guaranteed investment in emerging markets

Bank of Valletta has launched the BOV Guard Account, a four-year term deposit account denominated in euro that offers a full capital guarantee, coupled with the potential to earn an attractive annual interest.

The BOV Guard Account may earn the investor up to six per cent on the whole deposit, payable annually, subject to the level of four emerging stock market indices. Through this account, investors have the opportunity to tap into potential growth in the stock markets of Brazil, Russia, India and China with the peace of mind of full capital guarantee.

The account is currently available to the public and will close on 12 August or earlier, at the bank’s discretion.
