Vodafone has opened its latest retail outlet in Mosta’s busy Rotunda Square, opposite the magnificent parish church. Offering all Vodafone’s products and services in its trademark distinctive and vibrant environment, the new shop features an avant-garde design, a welcoming ambiance, the very latest hi-tech devices on the market and a well-trained customer care team.

“The most important element of this retail touch point, like all our shops, is the focus we give to our customers. Our new Mosta shop is evidence of this commitment towards our customers,” said Consumer Sales Manager Claire Cassar. “Strategically located in the heart of Mosta, this is a shop that will make it easier for our customers from the northern part of the Island to reach us. We are constantly striving to offer a faster and more efficient service, and we are also offering our customers the possibility of trying out the latest smartphones and tablets on display, and even shop for branded accessories.”

Through its shops, Vodafone aims to provide an enjoyable experience to its customers, as well as a dedicated customer service on the part of its expert team. The project was managed by ArchiTACT together with Saviour Camilleri Design who took care of the design, architectural input and project management. The design incorporates all the elements that Vodafone requires in a shop while maximising available space and ensuring adequate display areas and customer flow.
