Enterprise Solutions Ltd (ESL) has received the prestigious award ‘SAP Value Added Reseller’ (VAR), making ESL the only SAP EMEA partner authorised to sell, implement and support the SAP product portfolio, including Business Objects and Crystal Reports, in Malta.
ESL attained VAR status after passing all the strict quality criteria audits by SAP, which evaluated ESL and its consulting team as part of an extensive vendor screening process. Among the qualifying attributes required of ESL, SAP scrutinised the level of skills and competencies of the ESL consulting team to ensure that these met the high standard of technical and business expertise necessary to deliver complex BI projects, as well as local 24x7 support help desk services.
When commenting on this appointment Emanuele Ghiringhelli, Channel Manager at SAP Italia, said, “The quality of service levels demonstrated by the ESL consulting team is the credential SAP was looking for to award the VAR Status to ESL. The status just awarded is therefore as a recognition of their professionalism in representing the SAP brand.”
