Satariano Ltd Malta’s leading bathroom and tiling specialist have been awarded the contract for the finishes at the new state of the art head office of the FIMBank Group in St. Julian’s. 

Satariano have been entrusted with the supply and installation of 5,000 square metres of raised flooring manufactured by Marazzi Engineering, a subsidiary company of one of the world’s leading ceramic tile manufacturer Marazzi Group. Marazzi Engineering are considered pioneers in raised flooring with a vast range of finishes available in ceramic, wood, marble or carpet.

Raised flooring is a very effective technology which makes it possible to create a continuous technical space underneath the surface of the floor to accommodate all the various types of cabling, electrics, plumbing, telephone and data transmission networks and security. It offers significant advantages for office spaces, particularly the ability to reconfigure office layouts with minimum intervention whilst maintaining a clear floor free of visible wiring or cables.
