Centrecom Agreement with German TAS AG for multi-lingual services

Centrecom Ltd, the call centre unit of World Aviation Group, has signed a partnership agreement with TAS AG of Leipzig, Germany. The two companies where brought together with the assistance of Malta Enterprise. This collaboration will enable the two companies to offer seamless multi-lingual services to the international market. German and English linguistic skills and capabilities within the two organisations will be greatly enhanced.

TAS AG has been offering integrated solutions in dialogue management for almost 20 years. The core competencies of both companies lies in Customer Contact op operations and management. The partnership will strengthen the abilities of the two organisations to continue to achieve the highest international standard in delivering services to their clients.

“We are very happy with this collaboration agreement. TAG AG is a formidable partner which operates 5 contact centres engaged in a variety of services to banks, catalogue sales and others. We will bring to the partnership our extensive linguistic skills and our experience in the airline and travel products” said Dominic Attard CEO of the World Aviation Group.

The agreement envisages also the exchange of staff, co-marketing initiatives and other forms of collaboration. Centrecom confirmed that partnership is the first of a number of similar agreements it will have as part of its market and service strategy.
