Vodafone’s latest retail outlet has opened in Bisazza Street, in the heart of Sliema’s busy shopping area. The concept store follows in the footsteps of other Vodafone shops that offer a modern, informal zone where people can stop and try out the latest smartphones, tablets and accessories comfortably, guided by an expert team. Vodafone’s approach is to be close to its customers and one way of doing this is by investing in a network of outlets in strategic positions. The project was managed by ArchiTACT together with Saviour Camilleri Design, which took care of the design, architectural input and project management.

“We are constantly seeking to offer our customers an environment where they can try out our products and services in an enjoyable manner, thanks to a contemporary design and hospitable atmosphere,” said Steven Sammut, Indirect Channels Senior Executive at Vodafone Malta. “Our team is constantly being trained on the latest devices and services to give an excellent customer care experience.”
